Ski Business Day: within the framework of Moscow Ski&Board Salon -2011 and Ski Build Expo 2011

Moscow Ski&Board Salon is Eastern Europe's and CIS countries' largest trade fair dedicated to winter sports and leisure activities. Moscow Ski&Board Salon has been running for 18 years. Venue: Gostiny Dvor
Within the framework of Moscow Ski&Board Salon, there is organized “Ski Build Expo - Mountain Engineering” Russia's first expo project dedicated to the construction and maintenance of ski resorts.
When: October 21, 2011 (Fr)
Where: Congress Center of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation (50 meters away from Gostiny Dvor), 2 halls, one for workshop and reception, one for the presentations
Events planned:
workshop and mini exhibition (Hall 1)
- Conference “Topical Aspects of the Development of Mountain Resorts: investment, infrastructure, prospects” (Hall 2)
- French Day (presentation of mountain resorts) (Hall 2)
- “Mountain guides: the making of the professional community” Russian Mountaineering Federation (Hall 2).
The main goal of Ski Business Day: Consolidation of representatives of mountain resorts and Russian regional tourist operators, agents, and the industry professionals in one place, in one information area
The presentation of full information to the lovers of mountains and the professionals of winter sports industry. Providing the information about the programs and the services of Russia's and the world's ski resorts Somebody needs help in establishing contacts among the tourist operators or the specialized media; some needs partners for the management of Russian representative offices, some need to promote their resort. All of this is going to be covered by the project that is going to work in close cooperation with the interested companies, media and the industry agencies.

Project Concept
For such mountain-related industries as mountain and Alpine tourism, sports business, manufacturing and selling of clothes and outfits for Alpine skiing and snowboarding, design, planning, construction, and maintenance of mountain resorts and mountain objects, Moscow Ski&Board Salon is Russia's key expo event not to be missed by any means.
Moscow Ski&Board Salon is the place where each year we see the dialogue between the lovers of active lifestyle and the representatives of the world-renowned sports brands, tourism industry professionals, mountain resorts, and national tourist offices, and Russian ski resorts and the world's leading ski resorts development, engineering, and construction companies.
