These forms are necessary for booking exhibition grounds and the location of your stand.

The prices and the discounting information are included in the application forms.

These forms are necessary for publishing your company information and your advertisements in the printed catalogue of the fair, on the website of the fair, and in the exhibitors’ community.

3.1. Bringing in of equipment to Gostiny Dvor

The exhibitors must get our stamps on the following forms in the office of the organizers. Simultaneously, the exhibitors get their passes and badges.
